The California Real Estate Home Study Course allows you to learn in the comfort of your own home.
The Lumbleau school has been approved by the Department of Real estate to offer these 3 unit courses for the real estate salesperson under the following conditions:
- Each real estate home study course takes a minimum of 17 days before the final exam can be taken.
- There are no written homework assignments.
- Final exams are approved:
- With 100 questions
- With true/false questions
- With a 60% passing grade
- With unlimited attempts.
- Alone, at home, on the internet.
- Following passing an exam, our computer program is approved to issue a "Certificate of Completion" instantly, directly to your computer printer.
- Each course is only $29.50.
Note: You may already have these courses if you attended a college or university approved by the Department of Real Estate.
The Department of Real Estate will accept:
- Business Law
- Ecomomics
- Accounting
If you have any of these simply provide the California Department of Real Estate with your transcript.
- Required 45 hour college equivalency courses
- All courses are "textbook mandatory"
- We provide the non-book price for students who either have, or can borrow the textbook.
- If you need textbooks, they can be purchased with the course or purchased seperately from our "Bookstore" on the home page
Buy Your Books: The sale price is $19.50* each. This is approximately 40% of the price found for the same textbook at a Community College bookstore.
