Real Estate Broker First Four Years Continuing Education

California requires licensed brokers to complete Real Estate Continuing Education BEFORE the end of their first four years as a broker.

The California Department of Real Estate requires all persons holding a real estate brokers license to complete real estate continuing education classes before the end of their first four years as a broker.

The Lumbleau School has developed an online home study course that meets the Department's requirements.

The code requires that you take four 3 unit courses, 18 Credit hours of "Consumer Protection", and 21 Credit hours of "Consumer Service".

Register for the courses.
Wait seven days - During this time you should read the textbook.
Take the four true/false examinations (60% passing is required).
Print on your computer printer your "Certificate of Completion" for each course
