The Lumbleau School has been approved by the Department of Real Estate to offer real estate broker license classes in an online home study course format.
These 3 unit courses are made available under the following conditions:
- Each course takes a minimum of 17 days before the final exam can be taken.
- There are no written homework assignments.
- Final exams are approved:
- With 100 questions
- With true/false questions
- With a 60% passing grade
- With unlimited attempts.
- Alone, at home, on the internet.
- Following passing an exam, our computer program is approved to issue a "Certificate of Completion" instantly, directly to your computer printer.
- Each course is only $24.50.
Note: You may already have these courses if you attended a college or university approved by the Department of Real Estate.

- All courses are "textbook mandatory"
Buy Your Books: The sale price is $19.50* each. This is approximately 50% of the price found for the same textbook at a Community College bookstore.
